Overview
If for any reason an Analyst or End User needs to log in manually, this is the URL:
http://server/laytonservicedesk/Login.aspx
The main page will open, with a login button for Analysts and End Users. The user clicks the appropriate button and provides their username and password. If the user has forgotten the password, it can be reset by an admin with these procedures:
