Overview

Where Analysts exist and are not disabled, but can't be assigned manually..

Symptom

  • The Analyst appears in the assignment dialog, but can't be clicked.

Remedy

Manual Assign is disabled for the Analyst.

Enable

  1. Go to Administration > Company Structure > Manage Analyst.
  2. Click the Analyst username to open Properties.
  3. Change the Manual Assign setting to Yes.
  4. Click the Save button Lsd btn save.png.
