Overview
Where Analysts exist and are not disabled, but can't be assigned manually..
Symptom
- The Analyst appears in the assignment dialog, but can't be clicked.
 
Remedy
Manual Assign is disabled for the Analyst.
Enable
- Go to Administration > Company Structure > Manage Analyst.
 - Click the Analyst username to open Properties.
 - Change the Manual Assign setting to Yes.
 - Click the Save button
