New Features
# | Title | Description |
---|---|---|
65620 | Dynamic Forms | New feature to streamline the Request-creation process for End Users. End Users choose a Request Type and enter a description of the issue and the system selects the appropriate Request Class. |
65943 | Increase Number of Business Rules Priorities | The potential number of sys_requestpriority criteria has been increased. |
65944 | Include Site in Move End User Feature | New feature for bulk-moving of End Users to a site. |
65946 | Take Assignment Redirection Option | New option to open a Request for which an Analyst has taken assignment instead of going back to the list view. |
