Cleaning the System

  1. Uninstall Layton ServiceDesk using Add or Remove Programs.
  2. Delete the virtual directory LaytonServiceDesk under Default Website in IIS Manager.
  3. Delete the folder Layton Technology in C:\Program Files\.
  4. Delete the database LaytonServiceDesk using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.

Fix Problems with Programs that Can't Be Installed or Uninstalled

If a problem develops with uninstalling Layton ServiceDesk (often from an interrupted uninstall operation), use the Fix it tool available from Microsoft Support. This will download a utility that will scan the registry for installed applications and will present a list of applications to uninstall. Select Layton ServiceDesk and let it run. Reinstallation
