Cleaning the System
- Uninstall Layton ServiceDesk using Add or Remove Programs.
- Delete the virtual directory LaytonServiceDesk under Default Website in IIS Manager.
- Delete the folder Layton Technology in C:\Program Files\.
- Delete the database LaytonServiceDesk using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.
Reinstallation
Install as per New Installation. When the Database Tool opens, you will be connecting to an existing database, not a new one.
