Overview
The Solution Tab is not visible by default on the End User Request form, but can be added.
Procedure
- As Analyst, go to Administration > Form Design > End User Request - FORM NAME.
- In the Toolbar, click the Add System Field button .
- On the System Field Properties page, select sys_solutiondesc from the DB Field menu.
- Enter a caption in the Caption field.
- Click the Save button .
- The sys_solutiondesc field will appear at the top left of the form. Click it to open the System Field Properties page.
- A new option, Show On Tab is now available. Check it and click the Save button .
The Solution Description field now appears as a tab, with the title that was entered in the Caption field.
Removal
- As Analyst, go to Administration > Form Design > End User Request - FORM NAME.
- Click the Solution tab.
- Click the Solution Setting link in the tab to open the System Field Properties page.
- Click the Delete button .
