Overview
The LaytonServiceDesk service manages the import of End Users via LDAP. If you edit an existing connection, the service will still look for the LDAP server using the original server details, giving this error in the log:
Cannot connect to:LDAP://ORIGINALSERVERNAME
Solution
Restart the LaytonServiceDesk Windows service in the Windows Services console.
