Access is denied, Error message 401.2

On launch I get an error page with the message Access is denied, Error message 401.2.

Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Open Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.
  2. Check that Integrated Windows authentication is checked.
  3. If you had to change it, restart IIS.

Add Layton ServiceDesk Site to Trusted Sites
