Layton ServiceDesk - Settings - System Settings - Database Connection

This area contains the database connection information. Layton ServiceDesk has the Connection (database server), Database, User ID and Password Fields.

There is also an option to manually backup the database. Specify the desired location in the backup path and then click on the Backup Database icon.
