Removing the Change Request Status Button

The End User Request form has four buttons by default:

Button task 16.png Tasks
Button comments 16.png Comments
File:Button attachment 16.png Attachments
Button change status 16.png Change Request Status

To remove a button:

  1. Go to Administration > Global List Views > End User Request.
  2. Click any Change Request Status button. A settings page will open.
  3. In the settings, change the Column Width to 0 Pixels. Click Save.

The column will disappear from the request list view.
