Response

A response is defined as one of these actions, performed by the Analyst:

sys_respond

Based on the Response Time settings in Priority, this is the date and time by which the Analyst has to respond. If not responded to by this time, it will escalate.

sys_respond_emailed

If email notifications are configured for the above 3 triggers, an integer value corresponding to one of these events will be written to this column to indicate which notification was sent. If the notification for the event is disabled, the value 0 will be written.

sys_responded

The date and time that the first response was recorded. Subsequent responses are not recorded here.

sys_respondedby

The full name of the user, not username, who generated the first response event. Subsequent responses are not recorded here.

sys_respond_assigned
