Should you need to reinstall for any reason, we recommend that you install the latest version. Here are the steps to clean your machine and install the latest version:

  1. Navigate to C:\Program Files\. If it exists, delete the AuditWizard v8 folder.
  2. Delete the contents of your network share (but not the share itself).
  3. Download the full installer. This is a trial that can be registered.
  4. Install and launch. Register on launch. Cancel the Setup Wizard.
  5. Go to Administration > Auditing > AuditScanner Configuration. Enter the network share path and make any desired changes. Click the Save Configuration and Deploy to Network buttons.
  6. Go to Administration > Auditing > AuditAgent Configuration. Enter the network share path and make any desired changes. Click the Save Configuration button.
  7. Go to Administration > General > AuditWizard Services and configure your AuditWizard Service.
  8. Do a full network discovery.
  9. In Network View, right-click a range of computers and select AuditWizard Agent > Check Status.
  10. Remove the Agent from any computers to which it has been deployed.
  11. Deploy the Agent again to install the latest version of the Agent service.
