Support may need to examine the application and service log. Please zip and email the following two files to either US Support or Asia-Pacific Support, depending on which area you are in:
- C:\Program Files\AuditWizard v8\AuditWizard_logfile.log
- C:\Program Files\AuditWizard v8\logs\aw_svc.log.
