Overview
This workflow collects the necessary settings in order to allow End Users to change the status of their own Requests.

Procedure
1. Go to Administration > General Settings > Security.
2. Click the Global End User Security tab.
3. Set Allow End User to Close Requests to On. Click the Save button .
4. Go to Administration > Libraries > Request Status.
5. Click Closed. The Properties dialog will appear.
6. Set "Allow End User" to "Yes". Click the Save button .
