Overview

If you want to restrict access to specific Request Types, you will need to use Request Classes. You can restrict access to either Analysts, End Users, or both.

  2. Allocate Request Types to Request Classes

Analyst Steps

  1. Allocate Request Classes to Analysts
  2. Enable Restrict Request Classes in Access Restrictions.

End User Steps

  1. Allocate Request Classes to End Users. You can configure one, then copy the setting to all other End Users.
  2. Enable Restrict Request Classes in Administration > General Settings > Security > Global End User Security.
