We highly recommend that you do not commit to the migrated installation until you are sure that the application is working without issues.
This procedure applies to SQL Server databases only. To migrate a SQL Compact database to SQL Server, follow these instructions.
[edit] Procedure
- Back up your SQL Server database using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.
- Restore it to the new SQL Server.
- Launch AuditWizard and run the Change Database Wizard to connect to the new SQL Server and database.
